Ladies, I don’t know about you, but this scripture hits home for me, and has been something that has brought so much life and freedom to my heart! We need to understand that WE HAVE THE POWER TO PROTECT OUR HEARTS from things like fear, self doubt, anxiety, unforgiveness, & bitterness. We do not have to buy in to, dwell on, or entertain any of these life sucking things. That’s why God gave Solomon this beautiful bit of wisdom that we can glean from.
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Proverbs 4:23
If your heart feels burdened or heavy today…..know that you can take charge over these life crippling issues. Go to God’s word, look up scriptures that address your struggles. See what God says about fear, or whatever it is that you find yourself dealing with.
God wants us to place His word over our heart….so that it is guarded from things that would try to destroy us. He wants us to experience the victory that comes from applying His truth to our lives!
